its "OFF" position before plugging the Power Cord Plug into an electrical
outlet. Plugging in with the Power Switch "ON" invites accidents.

Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper
footing and balance enables better control of the Charger in unexpected
situations.
