Do not open the shutter or touch the green drum surface inside the cartridge.
Clean the inside of the printer with a soft cloth. Make sure to clean the black

ribs in the further back.

OTE
•
While cleaning the printer, be careful not to touch the transfer roller (the black, rubber roller,
located underneath the toner cartridge). Skin oils on the roller can cause print quality problems.
