Moulinex service centre (see list in the ser-
vice booklet).
- For your own safety, only use the Moulinex
accessories and spare parts which are
suitable for your appliance.
- Never operate the blender foot attachment
and the mini-chopper when empty.
- Never touch the blades when they are
moving.
- Never handle the blade of the blender foot
attachment when the appliance is
plugged in.
- Do not remove accessories until the
appliance is unplugged.
- The blades of the accessories are very
sharp. Take great care when handling
them.
- Always allow your appliance to cool down
for a few minutes between each use.
- The beaker, the filter sieve and the bowl
of the mini-chopper should not be used
in a microwave.

Using the accessories

LENDER FOOT ATTACHMENT
. Before using for the first time
- Clean the blender foot attachment, the
beaker and the filter sieve in soapy water.
Rinse and dry.
. Using the appliance
- Place the food in a container which is tall
enough to prevent splashes.
- Screw the blender foot attachment onto the
motor unit and then plug in the appliance.
- Tilting it gently, plunge the blender foot
attachment to the bottom of the container
and then start it.

- Do not remove the blender foot attachment
from the preparation until the appliance has
stopped.
. Practical tips
- The preparation must at least cover the base
of the blender foot attachment in order to
guarantee effective mixing.
- Remove the cooking container from the
source of heat to mix hot preparations.
- You may move the blender foot attachment
around in the container to optimise mixing.
- For fruit-based preparations, cut and core
the fruit first.
- To make mayonnaise: place the ingredients
in a jug, place the blender foot attachment
at the bottom of the container, start and
slowly move the appliance up and down.
- To make a coulis, use the filter sieve (E).
Place it in the beaker (D), pour in the
ingredients and then mix.

INI CHOPPER
. Before using for the first time
- Wash the bowl and the blade.
. Using the appliance
- Handle the blade carefully by its holder.
Place the blade in the bowl in a central posi-
tion.
- Place the ingredients in the bowl.
- Lock the lid onto the bowl by turning it.
- Position the motor unit on the lid.
- Plug in the appliance and start it.

- Unplug the appliance after use.
- Remove the motor unit and release the
cover.
- Remove the blade from the bowl before
taking out the food.
. Practical tips
- Never use the mini-chopper with hard foods
such as coffee, ice cubes, sugar, grains,
chocolate.
- Allow cooked foods to cool down a little
before placing them in the chopping bowl.
- Remove bones and sinews from meat before
putting it in the bowl.
