Copies

Your machine has a copy function for single or multiple copies.

Enter the number of copies.

The machine stores the document, and then prints the
copies.
1. The copy will be reduced automatically depending on the length of the original document. If
NOTE
you wish to be prompted for the reduction ratio when making copies, change the setting of Fax
Parameter No. 32 (COPY REDUCTION) to "MANUAL". (See page 37)
If Copy Reduction is set to Manual, press
to 70%)
2. If you made a copy with Super Fine resolution, it will be reduced slightly even if the reduction
ratio is set to 100% in order to fit the data on one page.
3. You can change the Contrast and Resolution without Standard Resolution in Copy Mode.
4. If you experience a memory overflow error while making copies, you may set the Memory XMT
to "INVALID" feature temporarily "INVALID" by pressing
Set document(s) face down.
. However, the printed copies will not be collated.
