5. Communicating Within Your Office
• Calls cannot be forwarded to an extension that already has Call Forwarding
set or Do-Not-Disturb (DND) turned on.
• The system allows you to cancel Call Forwarding and DND for your
extension in one step.
• Calls can be forwarded by an extension with an NPDN or PNPDN if the COS
gives permission.
To set Call Forwarding
1. Pick up the handset or press the ON/OFF key.
2. Do one of the following:
To forward . . .
All incoming calls
Enter the appropriate Call Forwarding - All Calls Set
code:
• For your extension, enter 721 (HK/UK) or 721#
• For another extension, enter 741 (HK/UK) or
741#
All incoming calls that ring a
Enter the appropriate Call Forwarding - Busy Set code:
busy extension
• For your extension, enter 722 (HK/UK) or 722#
• For another extension, enter 742 (HK/UK) or
742#
All incoming calls that ring an
Enter the appropriate Call Forwarding - No Answer Set
extension that doesn't answer
code:
• For your extension, enter 723 (HK/UK) or 723#
• For another extension, enter 743 (HK/UK) or
743#
3. If setting Call Forwarding for another extension, enter the number of the
extension whose calls you are forwarding. Otherwise, proceed to step 4.
4. Enter the destination code:
• If you are forwarding to another extension, enter the extension number.
• If you are forwarding to an outside number, press the # key and enter the
system speed dial code.
5. Replace the handset or press the ON/OFF key.
