Problem
The alarm mode is not activated.
ACK or RESET is not activated.
Timer event is not activated.
SETUP MENU does not open.
The system does not enter the record-
ing mode.

Check item
The alarm mode is set to OFF.
The port for an alarm input is set to
OFF.
When "ALM SUSPENDED" is displayed
on the monitor, the alarm is suspended.
SETUP MENU may be open.
You may not have selected the alarm-
related monitor.
The system controller is not authorized
to select the monitor.
You are not authorized to reset an
alarm.
While the PROHIBITED indicator is
lighting on the system controller, you
are prohibited to control the monitor.
A higher-priority operator may have
selected the event-related monitor.
When the PROHIBITED indicator is light-
ing on the system controller, you are pro-
hibited to open SETUP MENU.
The recorder connection may be
wrong.
The connected recorder may not con-
form to the unit.
You are not authorized to operate the
recorder.
Remedy
Set the alarm mode to SEQUENCE or
HOLD in SETUP MENU or SX150 Admin
Console.

Set the alarm port to ON in SETUP
MENU or SX150 Admin Console.
SETUP MENU: Refer to p. 46

Press the ACK/SUSPEND button while
holding down the SHIFT button to can-
cel the alarm suspension.
Press the SETUP button while holding
down the SHIFT button to close SETUP
MENU.
Select the monitor again. (Refer to p.
74.)
Confirm the Monitor Selection window in
SX150 Admin Console and reconfigure
the setting if necessary. (Refer to p. 61.)
Confirm the Level Table window in
SX150 Admin Console and reconfigure
the setting if necessary. (Refer to p.
60.)
Open the Level Table (refer to p. 60) or
Monitor Selection window (refer to p.
61) and reconfigure the setting if neces-
sary.
Select another monitor.
Open the Level Table window (refer to
p. 60) and reconfigure the setting.
Connect the recommended recorder to
the unit.
Confirm the recorder connection (refer
to p. 37.)
Open the Level Table window (refer to
p. 60) and reconfigure the setting.
