Colour System Selection (Different region use differing systems)
If a clear picture with current colours cannot be obtained when a Broadcast or AV signal is received.

button 4 times. (In AV mode
it is only necessary to push
the "PRE." (preset) button
once.)

Down " " button repeatedly
until the optimum image is
produced.

PAL, SECAM and NTSC 3.58
are different colour signal
b r o a d c a s t t r a n s m i s s i o n
systems applicable to differing
countries NTSC 4.43 is a trick
playback mode used in special
VCR's to playback NTSC
recorded video tapes through
PAL television equipment.
This returns the set to the
normal viewing condition.
The selected Colour System is
automatically memorised.
