You can't see your password as you
enter it, so be careful. Be sure Caps
Lock and Option Lock are not on unless

The Exchange Server settings are case-

sensitive. Be sure to enter uppercase and
lowercase letters properly.
6 Check the Save password box.
If your system administrator requires
that you do not save your password on
your smartphone, leave the box
unchecked. You need to sync manually
and enter your password each time you
access your email (see "Initiating a
