Trouble Shooting
Before you call for service, please first read the following table. And this will save your time, and also save your
refrigerator itself.
problem
The temperature is too low.
The compressor doesn't work.
The refrigerator operates
frequently or operates for a
long time.
The compressor is started and
stopped frequently.
The temperature is too low.

deepfreeze fridge is too low,

chill-cold storage can achieve

cause
• The refrigerator is in deepfreeze
refrigeration circulation.
• The refrigerator isn't powered
on.
• The fuse or the breaker of the
room brake out.
• There is no line electricity.
• The room temperature or the
outside temperature is too high.
• The refrigerator is powered off
recently for a period of time.
• The automatic ice-making
machine is operating.
• The door of the refrigerator is
too often opened and closed or it
is opened for too long a time.

deepfreeze fridge is operating
with their doors left unlocked.
• The set and controlling
temperature in the deepfreeze
fridge is too low.

cracked, or isn't equipped well.
• The condenser is dirty.

solution
• This case is normal for a refrigerator that can do
deepfreeze refrigeration automatically. The period
of deepfreeze refrigeration lasts about 30minutes.
• Make sure that the electric plug is cut into the
socket closely.
• Check and change the hang-fuse of 15amp.
Reset the breaker.
• Check the power line in the room. Call the local
electricity company.
• On this condition, it is normal for the refrigerator
operates for a long time.
• Normally, 8-12 hours are needed to let the
refrigerator refrigerate completely.
• The process of ice-making makes the refrigerator
operate for a slight too long time.
• The warm air entering the refrigerator causes the
refrigerator to oscillate frequently. So don't open
the door frequently.
• Make sure that the refrigerator is level. The foods
and container cannot block the door. See the
opening/ closing/ drawer Part in Part Problem.
