    Check for blockages. Remove the dirt container and dropped into water. Return the vacuum cleaner to empty. Clean the pre-filter. Allow the vacuum cleaner a Vax Authorised Service Agent or suitably to cool for approximately one hour. To re-start, plug qualified person for examination, repair or into a wall outlet and switch back on.

Solution: Plug the cord in firmly to the power outlet and turn socket on. Cause: Blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.
