Check for blockages. Remove the dirt container and dropped into water. Return the vacuum cleaner to empty. Clean the pre-filter. Allow the vacuum cleaner a Vax Authorised Service Agent or suitably to cool for approximately one hour. Vax recommend washing the filter once a month or when suction appears reduced. Always allow the filter to air dry for 24 hours before replacing into the cleaner.
