2.1. Ways to Use DataPocket
DataPocket can help manage your data in many different ways. You can use
DataPocket to:
• Set up custom backup tasks with DataPocket Smart Backup Utility and run
regular backups with just a push of the Smart Backup Button.
• Bring DataPocket with you to back up important documents on business
trips.
• Restore lost files on your computer from your most recent backup.
• Transport and synchronize files between multiple computers.
• Archive important but infrequently accessed pictures, music, and other files.
• Carry your personal library of photos, music, and videos with you to share
with your friends.
• Transfer files between computers running different operating systems.
• Connect DataPocket to your computer and use it as an additional hard drive.

Flashing – Data is being transmitted between DataPocket and your computer.
