CAUTION:
To reduce risk o f fire andtoproperly
exhaust air,be sure to duct air outside. Do not vent exhaust
air into spaces within walls or ceilings or into attics, crawl
spaces or garages.

A RANGE TOP GREASE FIRE:
A. Never leave surface units unattended athigh settings.
Boiloverscause smoking and greasy spillovers that may
ignite. Heat oils slowly on low or medium settings.
B. Always turn hood ONwhen cooking at high heat or when
flambeing food (i.e.Crepes Suzette,CherriesJubilee,
PeppercornBeef Flamb_).
C. Cleanventilating fans frequently. Greaseshould not be
allowed to accumulate on fan or filter.
D. Useproper pan size.Always use cookware appropriate for
the size of the surface element.

B. NEVER PICK UPA FLAMING PANiyou may be burned.
C. DONOTUSEWATER, includingwet dishclothsor towels-
a violentsteamexplosionwill result.
D. Useon extinguisherONLY if:
l) Youknow you havea ClassABCextinguisher, and you
already know how to operateit.
2)Thefireissmall and contained inthe area whereit started.
3)Thefiredeportment isbeing called.
/4) Y oucan fight the firewith your back to an exit.
