Navigation using the console buttons
It is also possible to operate your Acer MG3001-p by using control keys located under
the display panel and behind the flip down lid of the console.
The arrow, OK, and Back buttons directly beneath the display unit perform the same
function as the corresponding buttons on the remote unit.
These can be used to control the MG3001-p should you temporarily misplace your
remote or need to perform an emergency action.
In addition, behind the flip down lid of the console there are standard media control
buttons that can be used to start and stop, fast forward, rewind, skip forward, and
skip back during playback of your media files.
The soft keyboard
Whenever you are required to input text into a field onscreen you will need to use
the soft keyboard. The soft keyboard will appear automatically.
The soft keyboard screen is shown below.
The keyboard is used to enter data such as folder names, song titles for searches, and
other file related information.
To use the keyboard, highlight your desired character using the ARROW keys on the
remote control and press the OK button.
