If your audio cables are connected to either TV or stereo, the appliances must
be switched on for the audio output to be heard.
I am not able to play certain media files.
Check that the files are in a format supported by the MG3001-p. Unsupported
files may need to be converted before they can be played. For more details see
the Supported formats section.
I cannot see a playlist on my media player.
You must make sure that the playlist is contained in a shared folder that the
MG3001-p has access to.
How do I reset my MG3001-p?
To reset the MG3001-p, insert a paper clip into the reset hole located on the
rear of the MG3001-p console and hold for 3 seconds.
