Wireless Settings

Basic
This page allows you to define the basic wireless settings for the 3G27WV-R.
Radio On/Off:
WiFi is turned on by default. Changing this option to OFF will turn OFF the wireless functionality on the 3G27WV-R and you will not
be able to connect to your 3G27WV-R wirelessly.

11b/g mixed mode:

Click 'Apply' to save any changes to the settings.

WiFi is turned on by default. Changing this option to OFF will turn OFF the wireless functionality on the 3G27WV-R and you will not
be able to connect to your 3G27WV-R wirelessly.
Both 802.11b and 802.11g wireless devices can connect to the 3G27WV-R.
Select this if all of your wireless clients use 802.11b wireless protocol.
Select this if all of your wireless clients are 802.11g wireless protocol.
Select this if all of your wireless clients are 802.11n wireless protocol.
Select this if 802.11b and 802.11g and 802.11n wireless devices access your network.
The SSID (Service Set Identifier) is the name of your wireless network. Use a unique name to identify your wireless device so that
you can easily connect to it from your wireless clients. This field is case sensitive and can be up to 32 characters in length. It is
recommended that the default SSID be changed for added security.
This setting configures the frequency that the Wireless Radio uses for wireless connectivity. Select one channel that you wish to
use from the drop down list.
WDS (Wireless Distribution System) is a system that enables the wireless interconnection of access points, and allows a wireless
network to be expanded using multiple access points without a wired backbone to link them. Each WDS Access Point needs to
be set with the same channel, SSID and encryption type and encryption key.
