NOTE: Port setting on DVR and client viewer software must be matched.

4.6.2 RS485

4.6.2.1 SYSTEM ID
At the NETWORK menu,
Define the port that the DVR will communicate
through. Available ports are 5400 through 5499.
The default port is 5400.
At the LINK menu,
Move the cursor to the RS485 using the
buttons.
Press the ENTER button when the cursor is on
the RS485 and the following screen appears.

Use the buttons to choose the item and
use the buttons to set the data value.
To exit this RS485 menu, press the ESC button.
Select the DVR‟s system ID between 0 to 255.
The system ID
controlling multiple DVRs with a keyboard
controller. The address should also be issued
when controlling PTZ cameras from the DVR.
The default ID is 1.
