Krell CAST, balanced and single-ended cable connections. At the heart of the Evolution 707 digital signal processing is a pair of dual core 32 bit Crystal CS497004 DSP’s performing 1.8 giga operations per second. Video signals are treated with equal care and are afforded isolated circuitry for broadcast quality transmission of signals up to 1080p/60Hz.

An adjustment of analog input signals utilizing a clip indicator to display and adjust the incoming signal level for fi ne tuning. Often there are analog signals that have exceptionally high output that may overload or clip the Evolution 707’s input stage. This would require the input trim or even the Anti-clip circuit.
Main Menu, Navigation and Setup Cont... PLII Control Trim Dolby Pro Logic surround modes take a 2 channel audio input and create 5.1 surround channels. PLII control trim allows a permanent fi ne adjustment of center channel spread to the left and right speakers and also the amount of fade from front speaker to surround speakers.

RS-232 Feedback OVERVIEW The Evolution 707 is equipped with a system that can report back its operational status via the RS- 232 port. The system reports it’s operational status by transmitting a block of status data. The block is confi gured as 18, 8 bit words. The fi rst and last word always contains hexadecimal code 55 to facilitate message framing and synchronization.

RC-5 Code Set Preparing for RC-5 Connectivity The Evolution 707 can be controlled using RC-5 remote control communication protocol. All of the remote control functions as well as the majority of internal functions can be accessed via RC-5 communication. The Evolution 707 is designed to receive un-modulated data only. The input does supply power(+5v) to be used with several IR receiving devices.
