Create a Task List
Use a task list to group related tasks. You can create a list for personal errands or for work-
related tasks.

> Lists.
3. Touch , and then choose an account for the list.
4. Enter a name for the list, and then touch OK.
Manage Task Lists
Organize your tasks better by managing your task lists.

> Lists.
3. From here, you can:
Show or hide tasks or lists. To show all tasks, touch All lists. Touch a specific
account and then touch the list that you want to show. Touch All lists under each
account to show all the tasks under that account.
Rename a list. Touch an account, touch and hold the list that you want to rename,
and touch Rename.
Delete a list. Touch an account, and then touch and hold the list that you want to
delete. Touch Delete.
Back Up or Restore Tasks
Back up important tasks to your phone's storage. You can also restore these tasks later.

> Lists, and then go to the list that contains the tasks you want to back up.
3. Touch
> Import/Export.
4. Touch Export to phone storage to back up your tasks, or touch Import from phone
storage to restore tasks on your phone.
Change Tasks Settings
Follow these instructions to change the Tasks app settings.
