This option will switch Local ON or OFF.

When local is ON, MIDI messages from the MIDI input and the Plugiator control
panel will be sent to the Plugiator's internal sound engine.
Use Local ON while using the Plugiator in standalone mode.

When local is OFF MIDI messages from the MIDI input will not be sent directly to the
Plugiator's internal engine, however will be forwarded to USB.
The Plugiator will then be triggered only by external MIDI signals received over USB.
When using the Plug-in Manager along with a MIDI sequencing software use LOCAL
OFF. Please refer to „Simultaneously using the Plug-in Manager & a MIDI Sequencing
application for Recording and Playback"
