Lap Belt

When you sit in the center seating position, you have a
lap safety belt, which has no retractor. The word
"CENTER" is on both the buckle and latch plate.
Also, the center buckle and latch plate are a different
color than the two outboard buckles and latch plates. To
make the belt longer, tilt the latch plate and pull it along
the belt.
