Selecting the settings

You can pre-select various basic settings
for all applications of the Traffic Assist
Highspeed.

Push the button Settings in the main

menu.
This calls up the setting menu for the
further selections.

Selection possibilities

The desired selection is chosen by
pushing the desired button. The funtio-
nality of the buttons varies according to
the selection and is described under
"The individual menu points" on page
74.

The setting menu is closed by pushing
the back button, and the main menu then
appears.

Energy

Your Traffic Assist Highspeed may be
operated using an external power supply
unit or using an integrated rechargeable
battery.
Note:
The current charge condition is particu-
larly important when operating from
batteries. If there is insufficient energy,
then the navigational aid cannot be
maintained until the destination is rea-
ched, for example.
The energy supply and its condition is
visualised using the status display.

Displaying the energy supply

The status display can be called up using
the following button.
