Getting Started Before first use • Read all safety instructions on the previous pages. • Remove all packaging materials, labels and/or stickers from the appliance and dispose of them responsibly. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach.

Instructions (Cont.) Reheat function Use this function to reheat bread that was toasted earlier. Simply insert the bread into the bread slots, press the reheat button and then the on/off button. The lid closes and the reheating process starts. The toaster automatically stops after approximately 24 seconds.
Other Useful Information Some tips for perfect toasting Toasting is a combination of cooking and drying bread. As moisture levels differ from one bread to another, toasting times can vary. • For slightly dry bread, use a lower browning setting. • For fresh bread or wholemeal bread, use a higher setting.
Other Useful Information Cleaning and maintenance • Always disconnect the toaster from the power outlet and allow it to cool before cleaning the toaster. • Wipe the outside surfaces with a soft, dry or slightly dampened cloth. Never use a metal scouring pad, abrasive materials or metal polish on any surface. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents and/or other hard objects to clean the appliance.
