Expand or Collapse a Folder
Expanding or collapsing a folder shows or hides the subfolders contained within the folder.
To expand or collapse a folder:
1.
In the right panel, click the right arrow next to a folder name to expand it.
The arrow changes to a down arrow and the folder's contents are listed.
2.
Click the down arrow next to a folder name to collapse it.
The arrow changes to a right arrow and the folder's' contents are hidden.
Collapsing a folder hides its subfolders. This is useful when many folders are open and
you want to reduce clutter on the screen.
Add a Folder
Adding a folder creates a new subfolder within the current folder. Using subfolders is a good
way to keep your content organized. A new folder within FamilyLibrary is accessible to all
users (unless the user account blocks access). Only you can access a folder within
MyLibrary.
To add a folder:
1.
Select the area where you want to add the new folder.
2.
Click the New Folder icon on the Media Sources panel.
