The system must be disarmed and the ignition is turned OFF. 2.Press and release the lock and unlock buttons at the same time, then press and hold the lock button for five seconds. 3.The system will respond with five chirps and park light flashes to confirm that the system is in Valet mode.
Page 4: Passive Arming
Passive Arming This optional feature will arm your system automatically upon leaving vehicle. 1.Turn ignition off and then open and close door. 2.The LED will flash rapidly indicating system will arm in 30 seconds. Note: If the door is opened during this time, the system will wait for the door to close again to start passive arming.
