Storage

If you are not going to use the device for an extended period of time,
switch off the device, disconnect it from power, and store it in a clean,
dry place that is away from direct sunlight.

Possible cause
No DVB-T signal
is received, or the
signal is too weak
Headphones
are plugged in
(loudspeakers are off)
The channels may
be blocked on this
device (password
required).
Solution
Check your
antenna. If the
reception is weak,
select another
location.
If you are using
the device in a
new location,
repeat the channel
search procedure.
Unplug the
headphones.
Check your
"Child protection"
settings.
