TUNER OPERATION (FM)

Selecting the tuner input source

Press »i« to open the main menu.

Select the FM tuner input source (»FM«) with »A« or »S« and
confirm with »
– The most recently selected station is played (Last Station
Memory).
– Display: the preset number, the frequency and the station name.

Selecting the preset in steps

Select the preset with »A« or »S«.
– Display: »CH« and, for example, »2« with the frequency and
the station name.

Selecting presets directly

Select presets 1 to 9 directly with the numeric keys »1« to »9«.
ST
– Display: »CH« and, for example, »02« with the frequency and
the station name.

Select presets 10 to 40 by first entering the tens with the numeric
key »0« and then the units with »1« to »9«.
– Display: »CH« and, for example, »25« with the frequency and
the station name.

Stereo/mono reception

If the hi-fi system is receiving a stereo broadcast, »ST« appears in the
display. If the signal from the stereo channel is weak, you can
improve the sound quality by switching to mono reception.

Switch to mono reception with
Mono
– Display: »Mono«.

To switch back to stereo, press
– Display: »ST«.
Notes:
If the hi-fi is set to stereo reception and is receiving a mono signal,
»Auto« appears in the display.
The mono/stereo setting is stored for each preset.
