Checking the free travel of the hand brake lever

If there is no free travel on the hand brake lever, pressure builds up in the front brake circuit. The front brake can fail due to
overheating. Adjust free travel on hand brake lever according to specifications.
To reenable the ABS, the vehicle must be stopped and the ignition switched off. The ABS
is reenabled when the vehicle is switched on again. The ABS warning lamp goes out when
you start off.
Button
can be used to switch ABS off manually (see Starting).
