Remove the bearing by pressing its outer race.

Wash the bearings, bushes, collars, and covers in
a solvent.

Free play exists/Unsmooth revolution/Rust
Replace bearing and bush as a set.
2. Inspect:

Oil seal 3
Damage ¡ Replace.
