CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM

1 Fuel tank breather hose
2 Cable guide
3 Throttle cable
4 Clamp
5 Clutch cable
6 Wireharness
7 "ENGINE STOP" button lead
8 CDI unit
9 CDI unit stay

q TPS (throttle position sensor)

w Solenoid valve lead
e Air vent hose (left)
r Transmission oil breather hose

CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM
A Pass the fuel tank breather hose
between the handlebar and ten-
sion bar, then insert its end into
the hole of the number plate.
B Pass the throttle cable, "ENGINE
STOP" button lead and clutch
cable into the cable guide. In so
doing, align with the cable guide
the front end of the tape on the
throttle cable and pass the clutch
cable under the throttle cable
and "ENGINE STOP" button
lead.
C Pass the throttle cable, "ENGINE
STOP" button lead and clutch
cable over the radiator hose.
D Clamp the throttle cable, "ENGINE
STOP" button lead and clutch
cable.
E Pass the clutch cable a little for-
ward of the extreme left nut that
holds the cylinder head.

F Pass the wireharness between
the engine brackets.
G Pass the air vent hoses, overflow
hose and transmission oil
breather hose between the frame
and connecting rod.
H Pass the clutch cable on the out-
side of the throttle cable and
"ENGINE STOP" button lead.
I Fit the CDI unit band into the CDI
unit stay till it stops.
J Insert the CDI unit into the CDI
unit band till it stops.
K Clamp the TPS (throttle position
sensor) lead and solenoid valve
lead at the side of the TPS with
the clamp ends backward.
L Clamp the air vent hoses.
M Pass the air vent hoses, overflow
hose and transmission oil
breather hose so that all these
hoses do not contact the rear
shock absorber.
