Fabric ID of a logical fabric changed.

CIM_AlertIndication WHERE
OwningEntity=BROCADE and
MessageID=BRCD56
NOTE: BRCD56 indication is supported
only for FOS switches and it is not
delivered if SNMP registration
fails.
Switch status changed because of the
hardware failures like fans, power supply,
temp sensors.
