More playback features
Play a musical slideshow
Play music and pictures simultaneously to
create a musical slideshow. The files must be
stored on the same disc.
> [Play disc].
1. Press
2. Select a music track, then press OK.
3. Press
to return to the previous page.
4. Select a picture from a picture folder, then
press OK to start the slideshow.
5. Press
to stop the slideshow.
The photo browser view appears.
6. Press DISC MENU to return to the file
browser view.
7. Press
again to stop the music.
Quick skip play to a specific time
You can skip to a specific part of a video by
entering the time of a scene.
1. While you watch video, press GOTO.
2. Select one of the following settings, then
press OK:
[TT time]: Access the title time.
[CH time]: Access the chapter time.
3. Press the Numeric buttons to enter the
specific time.
Playback skips to the selected time.
4. Press GOTO to exit.
Switch camera angles
While you watch a DVD, you can view the
video from different angles.
Note: This feature is only available for DVDs
recorded with multiple camera angles.
1. While you watch a DVD, press GOTO.
2. Select [Angle], then press OK.
3. Press the Numeric buttons to select the
available camera angles.
Playback changes to the selected angle.
4. Press GOTO to exit.
DivX® VOD
This TV is DivX Certified(R) to play DivX
(R) video, including premium content. It also
plays DivX Video-On-Demand content.
Note: The TV only supports DivX playback
from its disc player. It does not support
DivX playback from USB storage devices.
Register the TV
To play DivX VOD content, you must first
complete a one-off registration process for
your TV. The registration is free of charge.
If the TV is not registered when you start
the playback of a DivX video, the TV
displays the DivX registration code.
To register, follow these steps.
1. While you watch a DVD, press
and then select [Video].
2. Select [DivX VOD] > [OK], then press
OK.
3. Select [Register], then press OK.
4. When the TV displays an 8- or 10-digit
registration code, write down the code.
5. On your computer, go to
http://vod.divx.com. Download the DivX
player software and install the software.
6. Start the DivX player software and create
a DivX Account. (VOD > Create a DivX
Account...)
7. In the DivX player, register the TV with
the registration code of the TV. (VOD >
Register a DivX Certified Device...)
8. When prompted, download and save the
registration video to a disc.
9. Go to your TV and play the registration
video disc on your TV. This completes the
registration and activates DivX on your TV.
Consult the DivX website for detailed
support.
To de-register this TV:
1. While you watch a DVD, press
2. Select [Video] > [DivX VOD] > [OK],
then press OK.
3. Select [Deregister], then press OK.
4. When the TV displays the 8 or 10-digit
registration code, write down the code.
5. On your computer, start the DivX player
and deregister the TV with the registration
code of the TV. (VOD > Deregister a DivX
Certified Device...)
