To Reset Incoming Message Tape
1. After hearing three short beeps Press 8 to reset.
2. Unit will beep three times.
3. Press 2 to replay messages and restore message count.
To Leave a Remote Memo
1. After hearing three short beeps Press 5.
2. Wait until you hear a beep, then speak.
3. Press 5 when finished.
4. Unit will stop recording.
5. Unit will beep three times.
To Record a New Outgoing Announcement
1. After hearing three short beeps Press 4 .
2. Wait one second after beep, record new announcement.
3. Press 4 when finished.
4. Unit will stop recording and rewind.
• New announcement will automatically playback.
5. Unit will beep three times.
