IMPORTANT!
To achieve optimum results when Profiling:
• Isolate and pinpoint the target (Press and
hold the PINPOINT touchpad) to determine its
exact location.
• Make sure you are only detecting one target at
a time. Profiling multiple targets at the same
time may produce inaccurate results; if
necessary, scan the target from different
angles.
• Release the PINPOINT button and repeatedly
swing the searchcoil from side to side (not
front to back) using a smooth, steady and
continuous motion to Profile the target. Be
sure to make a consistent sweep width
of 14 inches. The speed at which you swing
the coil can range from as slow as 1.2
seconds between consecutive beeps up to
as fast as 0.4 seconds between beeps. If the
target's Profile (size) consistently displays
