CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE OVEN. For satisfactory use of your oven, become
familiar with the various features and functions of the oven as described below. Detailed instructions for each feature and
function follow later in this Owner's manual.
TIME
COOK TOP CONTROL: Use to control cook top
elements
LR, LF, CR, RR, RF : On/Off, -, + Keys
LF Size : LF-Bridge-LR Control,
RF Size : Triple elements Control.
_. SELECT: Use to control LF Element
E_. SELECT: Use to control RF Element
_. CLOCK: Use to set the time-of-day
_. COOK TIME: Use to enter the cook time (bake,
conv)
_. START TIME: Use to set delayed time (bake, conv,
clean)
_. TIMER ON/OFF: Use to set or cancel the timer
_. CONV. BAKE: Use to select the Convection Bake
_. CONV. ROAST: Use to select the Convection Roast
[_. BAKE: Use to enter the normal Bake
_]. BROIL: Use to set the variable Broil
[_. WARM: Use to hold food warm
[_. PROOF: Use to Proof Bread
[_. FAVORITE: Use to select the favorite cooking
feature
[_. SETTING: Use to change the special settings
_. NUMBER PADS: Use to enter temperature and all
times
[_. OVEN LIGHT: Use to turn the oven lights on and off
_. SELF CLEAN: Use to select the Self-Cleaning
[_. START: Use to START all oven functions and to
activate OVEN LOCKOUT.
_. CLEAR OFF: Use to stop cooking, cancel settings.
. WARMING DRAWER: Use to control warmer
drawer : On/Off, -, + Keys
_. DISPLAY: Shows the time of day, oven
temperature, whether the oven is in the bake, broil
or self-cleaning function, and the times set for the
timer or automatic oven operations.
i_lJ'l'l!: •If F- and a number appear in the
display and the oven control signals,
this indicates a function error code.

• Touch the CLEAR/OFF pad. Allow to cool
for one hour before using again.
If the function error code repeats, disconnect
the power to the oven and call for service.
• If your oven was set for a timed oven
operation and a power outage
occurred, the clock and all programmed
functions must be reset.
• The time of day will flash and PF will
appear in the display when there has
been a power outage.
