Note: When the optional VOX VFS2 foot switch is
connected to the EXT.SW jack, it can be used to turn
an effect on and off or to control the switching of

Press and hold the EFFECT button and turn the
LOOP LEVEL/VALUE knob to set the second
effect parameter.

You can save the effect setting for each effect type.

Press the LOOP1 pedal to begin recording, and
then play your instrument.
The REC status LED for Loop 1 will light-up red,
and recording will begin.
You can also initiate recording when you start playing.

When recording the metronome sound as a guide,
set the tempo by pressing the TAP button several
times. If you've set the tempo, the metronome
will be sounded.
If you've set the tempo, the length of the created
phrase will be a precise multiple of the tempo.

When you've played to the spot where you want
to loop the phrase, press the LOOP1 pedal to stop
recording.
Loop 1 will switch from recording to loop playback,
and the PLAY status LED will light up green.
Hint: If you press the LOOP2 pedal while recording,
Loop 1 will switch to playback and Loop 2 will start
recording.
Hint: You can adjust the volume of the playback
sound with the LOOP/VALUE knob.

Press the LOOP1 pedal twice to stop playback.
If the loop is stopped, the PLAY STATUS LED will
blink green and the head of the phrase will turn
red for an instant.
This completes recording for Loop 1.
The loop with the recorded phrase will be deleted
if the power is turned off.
