DEVICE
A WARNING!
• Range must be secured with an approxed Anti-Tip
dexice,
• Unless properl) inst;dled, the range could be tipped
b) you or a child standing, sitting or leaning on an
open dooi;

Ao Mark the wall where the RIGHT EDGE {ff the range
is to be located. Be sure to allow fiw the counte_o 1)
overhang if you intend to install the range next to
cabinets.

Bo Locate the outside edge of the device 2¼" toward
the center of the range fl'om the marked edge of
the range.
C. Using the device as a template, mark the position of
the hole tbr the screw.
D. For wood consti uction, drill a pilot hole at ,an ,'mole
of 20 degrees fl'om the hoI_izontal. A nail or awl
max be used if a drill is not available.
Mount the Anti-Tip device Mth the screw pr(Mded.
For cement or concrete construction, you will need
a l/4" x 1½" lag bolt and a l/2" O.D. sleeve anchol;
which are not provided. Drill the recommended size
hole tbr the hardware.

Install the sleeve anchor into the thrilled hole and then
install the lag bolt through the device. Tile bolts must be
properly tightened as recommended tor the hardware.
E. Slide the range against the wall, and check tbr proper
installation by grasping the front edge of tile cool<top
and carehflly attempting to tilt the nmge fiwward.
WHEN ALL HOOKUPS ARE
COMPLETED
Make sure all controls are left in the off position. Make
sure the flow of combustion and ventilation air to the
range is unobstructed.
CONVERTING TO LP GAS (or
converting back to natural gas from LP)
This rmlge leaves the factory set for use with natttral gas.
If you want to convert to LP gas, the conversion must be
performed by a qualified LP gas installer.
The convei_ion instructions and I,P orifices can be t0tmd
attached to the range next to the pressm'e regulatoi:

to convert back to natural gas.
