a) heat sink
b) processor fan
c) palm rest
d) primary and secondary hard drive
e) optical drive
f) keyboard
g) keyboard trim
h) base cover
i) battery

a) Disconnect the LVDS cable [1].
b) Remove the screws that secure the LVDS cable bracket to the computer. [2]
c) Remove the LVDS cable which was held in place by the bracket. [3]
