You can choose a color from Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Red,
Green, and Blue, to print your documents using the selected
color and black. You can create unique personalized color output.
Printer Driver – Easy-To-Use and Feature-Rich

The graphical, intuitive, and easy-to-use printer driver helps to
perform various print tasks. Print options such as the paper size,
paper source, and finishing can be specified easily. On Windows
systems, you can edit your documents while previewing the

Remote UI – Accessing the imageRUNNER ADVANCE

Series Remotely from PCs
Remote UI is a web-based application that
helps to provide remote device
management and control. When you enter
the device IP address in the address field of
your web browser, it automatically launches
to let you access the device functions
remotely from your PC. You can then check
the device status, work with document files,
or specify various device settings, as well
as register destinations, manage Advanced
Box, and back up/restore data.
Web Browser – For Uploading PDF Files and More

Web Browser functions allow you to view
web pages from the touch panel display of
the imageRUNNER ADVANCE Series. All
you need to do is to enter the URL you
want in the Web Browser screen. Using the
Toolbar, you can browse, print, or register
web pages in Favorites, or access Menu
options. Plus, you can upload documents
stored in the Mail Box on to a web browser
in the PDF file format. This all can be done
without using your PC.
* The optional Web Access Software-H1 is
required.
C-Cabinet – ASP Services to Share and Collaborate Files

You can use Internet storage space, C-Cabinet, to save scanned documents and received faxes
for document sharing as well as lowering TCO.

You can be instantly notified by pop-up information or notification sound when you have
received documents in your Advanced Box. This allows you to receive important
documents in real time, and prevents your documents from getting mixed up with others'
documents. When combined with the job forwarding feature, received fax/I-fax documents
can be forwarded to your e-mail address. This increases productivity and workflow
efficiency and eliminates the security issue of unattended inbound fax documents.

BMLinkS – To Manage a Multi-Vendor Environment

BMLinkS, short for Business Machine Linkage Service, can help manage a multi-vendor
environment to configure and monitor MFPs from multiple vendors in a unified manner. A
dedicated MEAP application needs to be installed on these models.
■ imageWARE Desktop
– Powerful PC Frontend to the imageRUNNER ADVANCE Series
imageWARE Desktop is a PC frontend to the imageRUNNER ADVANCE features. From imageWARE
Desktop, you can create a personal Scan button on the Quick Menu, as well as define destinations, and
distribute saved files using the Address Book. All can be done in a simple drag-and-drop or one-click
procedure. Once scanned files or files created with native applications are saved on your PC, you can
edit these files while previewing the image and print them to the imageRUNNER ADVANCE Series.
Since you can monitor the status of multiple imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems installed on your
network, you can choose a non-busy system for printing.In addition, imageWARE Desktop can be
combined with imageWARE Document Manager for file sharing and collaboration needs.
