❖ On-screen messages
If one of the following messages appears on your TV screen, make a note of the number that
appears with the message (for example, F01). If you need to call your service provider (e.g.
FOXTEL or TELSTRA) for assistance, please have the number handy so they can help you as
quickly as possible.

Suggested solution
Insert your FOXTEL Smartcard into the Smartcard
slot.
Check it is the correct FOXTEL Smartcard. Check
it is in the right way up. Check that your card is not
damaged.
If the problem continues, call FOXTEL on 131999
for assistance.
You should have received a new FOXTEL
Smartcard through the post.
