Key
Thekeyisasafetydevice.It mustbefully insertedin
orderfor the enginetostart. Remove t he keywhenthe
snowthrowerisnot in use.
NOTE: D onot turn the ignition keyinan attemptto start
the engine.Doingsomaycause it to break.
ChokeControl
Thechokecontrolisfoundonthe rearofthe engineandis
activatedbyturningthe rotarychokeknobto the CHOKE
position.Activating the chokecontrol c loses the choke
plateon the carburetor a ndaidsinstartingthe engine.
Reverse

reverse(R)speeds.
