Remote Control Operating Instructions:
The hand held remotecontro_unit operates withina
range of 7 meters {23ft) from the raciever located inside
the maln unit,, Any obstruction between the recieverand
hand held remotemay cause signal inlerterence,
limiling the ability to program the main unil Each ti.m__.
remote control button is pressed,a beep wi!! _ouod
indicatinga command (signal) was transmitted €.:-,d
recievad on the main unit.When the comma_d !s
i,eCetved, the appropriate function willbe display_:d
(temporarily) _nthe LED display window and the gr_n
pilot]_ghtcorresponding to the selection made will
illuminate on the main conlral panel (NOTE: ',he LED
w_IIdefauit to display the ambient room temperature:

POWER:
To turn the (air conditioner) p ower onloff, aim the
remote control at the rec_sver{window) on tb._.

and pressthe "power" butlon_
MODE:
Press the mode button to select either"fan" or"coo_',ng"
mode.
SET COOLING TEMPERATURE:
Press the'lamp" (up!down) buttons to select
(increase/decrease) the requiredoperating
temperature,the tempera[urn will appear (temp3rari_y)
in the LED display.
FAN:
Press the "fan" button to select the required op.era.,'in_
Inn speed (high, medium, Imv)
SWING:
Press the "swing" bultonto activate the air swing
"tealure.(lhevertica!louvers will oscillateautomaticatiy
from s[de to side)
TIMER:
To set the auLotimer programsusing the hand he!d
remote control, follow the exact same procedures
oulIlnedunder OPERATING iNSTRUCTIONS (TIMER).
ENERGY SAVER:
Press the "energy saver"button to activate the energy
saver program.(t,e,, c ompressoroff / fan motor off)

P_R FILTER REMOVAL:
The air filler is located behind the air intake frontgrill To
remove the alr tilter, press the indentsmarked "PUSH"
on the bottom corners of the front grll!, this will cause
the air filterto (pop-out) release, See Rg.la
Grasp 1he air filter and pui!straight down. See Fig. lb
CLEANING AIR FILTER
i Use a vacuum cleanerwith soft brush attachment to
remove heaw soiL
_-.Wash the filler in lukewarm water, (below 40°0
104°F): If the filter isvary dirty filler, wash w'r[h soapy
water or a neulral cleaning agent,.(NEVER WASH
AIR FILTER IN DISHWASHER)
Do not use harsh cleaningchemicalsto cleanthe
tliter as they may damage the plastic and filler
mesh,
3, Rinse the filterwith cleanwater and
dry thoroughly before re-inslatling.
NEVER operate the air conditioner without the
air `filter, as dusYditl particles can contribute to
equipment failure,

air condil]onerto the "OFF" position and disconnect the
