POWER;
Press the POWER keypad to turn the unit onfoff.
MODE:
Press this keypad Io select the appropriate operating
mode. (Fan ! Coo[) Each depression el the MODE
keypad will allernele between the "COOLING" and
'_'FAN"mode. The green pilot tightdirectly above the
COOL or FAN mode will ]llumlnale, identifying the
selected mode is operational.
A TEMPERATURE SETTINGS:
Press the _ keypad to increaselhe set (operating)
temperature of the air conditioner.Each time lhe
keypad is pressed the temperature is increased as
follows;
2_F (Farenhelght Scale) Maximum Setting g0"F
1'_0(Cetsius Scale) Maximum Setting 3"t°C
_t" TEMPERATURE SETTINGS:
Press the y keypad to decrease the set (operating)
lemperalure of the air conditioner.Each time the
keypad Is pressed the temperature is decreased as
follows;
2OF(Farenheight Scale) Minimum Setting 60_F
1_0 (Celsius Scale) Minfmum Setting 16°C
FAN:
Press this keypad to activate the appropriate fan
speed setting. Each depression of the keypad wilt
allernale through High, Medium, Low fan speed
opl_ons_ The green pilot iighl above the FAN speed
option will Illumtnefe, Identifying the fan speed
selected.
SWING;
Press the SWING keypad to acllvale the aulomatlc
air swing (oscillation) feature. The green pilot light
adjacent to the SWING keypad will illuminate,
identifying the sefeoled mode is operational, 'The
vertical louvers will oscillate back and forth (side lo
side) aL_tomatically sweeping cold air alternately for
comfortable cooling.To stop the air swing feature,
press the SWING keypad again, Ihe green pilot light
adjacenl to the keypad wig go off.
(ENERGY SAVER):
To aclivate the ENERGY SAVER feature, press and
hold the "SWING" keypad for 3 seconds°
The green pilot light dtrectly above the ENERGY
SAVER mode will illuminate, tdentfying the eefecfed
mode Is operational "The ENERGY SAVER program
helps to reduce energy (elect?icily)consumption by
controlling (limiting) operation of the fan motor with
the operation (cycle) of the compressor, ice.

if the ENERGY SAVER feature is not activated, the
fen will operate continuously, even after the
compressor has cycled off-i.eo
compressor on I fan on
compressor off I fan on
NOTE: The energy saver feature operates in
"cooling" mode only.
TIMER:
Press "thiskeypad to aclivate the "auto start / auto
stop" timer programs_ Auto slartislop programs can
be programmed from 0 _ 12 hours.. Each
depression of the TIMER keypad will increase the
selected time in t hour increments..
AUTO -START;
Before activatingthe "auto* start" program, you must
first select (sat) the operating eondition_of the air
conditioner" _..e.temperature setting and fan speed),
Once the settings are complete, the air condJlloner
must be switched off'.(non-operational)
Depress lhe TIMER keypad and the auto-start time
w]l! appear in the LED display, select Ihe required
lime (0 o- 12hours) and the air condtlioner wll_start
automatically at the estab!ished time.
AUTO -STOP:
Turn the air condlttoner on and select the required
operating conditicnso (ice,.temperature setting and
fan speed). Depress the TIMER keypad and the time
will appear in the LED display, select the required
aulo stop lime, (0 .-, 12hours) and the air condffioner
wilI stop automatically at the established timer
NOTE: It is not possible to operate both the
"auto-start" and "auto-stop" feature within a
single program, All auto-timed programs are
automatically erased after the set program is
complete.
ONETOUCH:
Press this keypad to activate a pro-sol (factory)
temperature setling of 22°(3(71.6_F}° The air
conditioner wttloperate and mainleln the Indoor
temperature at this selting_
