Overcooked Foods
• Is the temperature probe properly positioned?
• Was the time/cooking power level correct?
• Was the temperature setting correct?
Undercooked Foods
• Are you using the approved cookware?
• Is the temperature probe properly positioned?
• Were the foods completely defrosted?
• Was the time/cooking power level correct?
• Was the temperature control setting correct?
• Are the ventiation ports clear?
Improper Defrosting
• Are you using the approved cookware?
• Were the foods turned or stirred?
• Was the time/cooking power level correct?
• Did you use the metal rack?
