MAKING DOUGH WiTH THE MiXiNG
PROGRAM
Select the Mixing Program
to make dough for delicious
cookies and tender, flaky pastries. This program
mixes for a maximum
of 15 minutes.
The Bread Machine beeps once at the end of every minute. The key
to good results
when using this program
is to have all of the ingredients
pre-measured
by ingredient
group and lined up in small bowls near the Bread Machine.
Add the ingredients
when indicated
in the
recipe. For best results, never over mix the dough. Always press CLEAR/STOP
just when ingredients
begin to come together
and appear blended,
unless otherwise
specified
in recipe.

Properly
position
dough blade and pan.
Add the first ingredient
or ingredients
in the pan.
Press SELECT so that the Mixing indicator
lights
up.

Press START.
Entire program
runs for 15 minutes.

Add ingredients
step by step.
|
Never add too many ingredients
at the same time.
Never over mix the dough.
Press
CLEAR/STOP
when
dough
appears
blended
or when indicated
in the recipe.

Proceed with instructions
given in your recipe for
shaping and baking.

When
working
with
loose
doughs
or batters,
move
quickly
when
removing
pan
so that
dough/batter
doesn't
drip into the unit. In the
event that this happens,
unplug
the Bread Ma-
chine and wipe up spill with dean, wet doth.
