AUTOMATIC BREAD PROGRAM FOR MAKING
YEAST BREAD, WHOLE GRAIN BREAD AND
QUICK
BREAD
Use this program
for automatically
making bread from start to finish, including
cool down.
The delicious
recipes included
in the Easy Baking cookbook
make it even easier.

Properly
position
dough blade and pan.
Add ingredients
in the order given in the recipe.
|
First put dry yeast in the pan. For best results, add
dry yeast near the edge of the pan.
|
Add remaining
ingredients.
All ingredients
must
be at room temperature,
unless
otherwise
speci-
fied.
Press SELECT until
the indicator
light
for the
bread category you desire is lit.
Press BAKING CONTROL
for the desired
dark-
ness of the crust.

Press START.
|
The bread will be ready in approximately
4 hours.
If an error was made and you wish to stop this
program,
press CLEAR/STOP,
holding
down for
approximately
1 second.
After baking, the bread will automatically
cool for
approximately
20 to 30 minutes.
|
To remove
the pan after cool down,
lift the lid.
Turn the pan counterclockwise
and lift up and out.
|
Turn the pan upside
down on a clean surface and
slide the bread out.
Using
a kitchen
utensil,
carefully
remove
the
dough blade from the bottom
of the baked loaf of
bread. The dough blade will be extremely
hot, so
handle with care.
Cut the bread as desired.
