Light status

Condition/solution
Paper may be out. Load more paper in
the cassette or rear MP tray and press
the paper feed button to continue.
If multiple sheets have fed, press the
paper feed button to eject the paper.
The paper size selected may not match
any of the sizes set for the paper
sources. Press the
to clear the error, and select the right
paper size.
If the paper cassette is not installed,
install it and press the
button.
Unsupported paper size fed during 2-
sided printing. Press the
to feed the paper through the printer.
Paper has jammed in the printer. Check
in the cassette, inside the printer, and in
the duplexer to remove the jammed
paper. Then press the
button to clear the error.
Not enough memory in the printer to
continue printing. Press the
feed button to cancel the current job.
The front cover is open. Close the cover.
An ink cartridge is expended or not
installed correctly. Replace the indicated
cartridge. Make sure the cartridge is
installed correctly.
An ink cartridge is low. Make sure you
have a replacement cartridge.
