Wi-Fi error Incorrect encryption method
- Makesure the camcorder and accesspoint are using the same authentication/encryption
method.
- If the access point is using MAC address filtering, enter the camcorder's MAC address in the
accesspoint's configuration screen.
Wireless communication is not working correctly
- Cordlessphones, microwaveovens, refrigerators and other appliances may interfere with the
wireless signal. Try using the camcorder in a locationfarther away from such appliances.
- Turnoff the camcorder and wireless router. Nter a short while, turn them on again and per-
form the Wi-Fi network setup again. If the problem persists contact a CanonService Center.
