® Install the Protector System Introduction IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SAFETY REVERSING SENSORS The safety reversing sensors must be connected and aligned correctly before the garage door opener will move in the down direction. The sending sensor (with an amber LED) transmits an invisible light beam to the receiving sensor (with a green LED).
