The HDC-2000 Series*

has been accepted as a worldwide
standard with its excellent picture quality realized by cutting-edge
technologies, including high-performance 2/3-inch CCD image
sensors and a digital signal processor (DSP) with a 16-bit A/D
converter.
In addition, the HDC-2000 Series incorporates a 3-Gbps high
bit-rate fiber transmission system as standard which enables
double-speed acquisition for exquisite picture-quality slow
motion.
Along with these cameras, Sony offers two types of camera
control units for the HDC-2000 Series. Also, exchangeable external
panels are provided for flexible operation through fiber, triax, or
wireless infrastructures.
