Stacker
Extend the stacker as shown in the figure.
You can also use the scanner without the Stacker.
Paper chute
Open the cover to use the scanner.

ADF
(ADF stands for Automatic Document Feeder)
Paper chute
Open the paper chute and load the documents to
scan.
Side guide
Adjust the side guides to the width of documents so
that the scanned images will not be skewed.
Cover open lever
Pull this lever towards you and open the ADF.
